I. The quotation
The work will only start once the "Quotation", established by ourselves, has been returned to us and signed with your name and address. This will constitute your agreement authorizing the use of our services in the treatment of your "Source documents".
A quotation is established only after the submission of a source document, a sample of a source document and/or through the simple description of a document which does not necessitate actions of a specific nature.
A quotation has the validity of 15 days starting from the date of issue unless otherwise informed. The quotation can be modified at any moment by ourselves and in particular concerning changes or modifications to the source document(s).
II. Delivery
Delivery deadlines are stipulated in writing between the parties before the commencing of the work except otherwise indicated by ourselves. The deadlines can be modified by written agreement between the two parties.
III. Payment
A minimum rate per language combination can be invoiced for each translation ordered. Invoices must be paid in Euros, within a 30 day deadline, from the date of invoicing. We may request a down payment of 30 % concerning large orders.
